Shredded BBQ Chicken

Reagan’s recipe

Serves 8-10

 2 whole chickens, cooked

2 cups broth

1 1/2 cups ketchup (no HFCS)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

2 Tbsp dry mustard

2 tsp salt

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Optional hot sauce

 chickDebone chicken and add remaining ingredients.  Simmer 1 hour on stovetop or longer in crock-pot. Freezes well.
